HeyTraders limits concurrently active strategy runtimes, not saved strategy definitions or historical records. Paper and live slots are independent.

The regular Pro price is $49 per month. The $39 launch price may be replaced by the regular price for future billing periods. Checkout and renewal notices must display the actual amount and effective date before consent or renewal.
Ultra is visible for capability comparison but is not currently purchasable.
Purchase surfaces must render it as Coming Soon and reject checkout attempts
until the plan is explicitly opened.
Every plan can save strategy definitions and use candle-based evaluation. Each strategy may declare up to 20 universe symbols. Tick-level event-driven evaluation requires Ultra; this changes market evaluation capability, not Broker order priority or execution quality.
Runtime limits
- Paused strategies do not consume an active slot.
- Starting, resuming, and switching mode acquire the destination mode's slot.
- Free users can validate one paper strategy but cannot activate trade mode.
- Safety actions such as cancel and close remain available after downgrade.
- Existing records are retained when a strategy is paused or a subscription is downgraded.
Customers who need more than five active live strategies can contact support from the Billing page for a custom capacity agreement.

The API response from GET /v1/billing/plans is the public machine-readable
